The Chuan Park is a redevelopment of the former 446-unit Chuan Park Residences. The 99-year leasehold condominium was jointly acquired by Kingsford and MCC Land through a collective sale at $890 million on 5 July 2022. It is said to be one of the biggest deals in the current en-bloc cycle, surpassing the $815 million of two freehold land parcels at Thiam Siew Avenue (now known as The Continuum). The developer is to redevelop Chuan Park into “a new-concept residential project in District 19.

The proposed new condominium development comprises 3 blocks of 22-storey and 2 blocks of 19-storey, communal landscape deck and facilities such as swimming pool and basement carpark. Two commercial units will also be built to serve the community.
